Draven did an excellent job creating a concrete foundation for our shed. The work turned out exactly how we wanted — level, clean, and precise. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Bathroom Remodeling Questions, Answered
What does a bathroom remodel cost in Lancaster, PA?
It depends on scope. A cosmetic refresh sits at the low end, while a full gut with a custom tiled shower, new vanity, and a reworked layout runs considerably higher. The biggest cost drivers are tile work, fixtures, whether you’re moving plumbing or walls, and the shower or tub you choose. We give you a detailed scope of work with line-item pricing after the consultation, so you’re working from a real number instead of a guess.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most full remodels run a few weeks from demo to final walkthrough, depending on scope and material lead times. Tile and waterproofing need proper cure time, which we build into the schedule rather than rushing. You get a firm timeline in your written scope, plus daily photo updates as the work moves, so you always know where the project stands.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
Almost always, yes. If it’s your only bathroom, we’ll work out a plan to limit the downtime during the consultation. We protect the rest of your home, contain the dust, and leave the jobsite clean and secure every evening.
Do I need permits, and who handles them?
Many bathroom remodels need permits, especially when electrical, plumbing, or structural changes are involved. We pull all permits and manage the inspections ourselves, so the paperwork never becomes your problem.
What areas do you serve?
We remodel bathrooms throughout Lancaster County, including Lancaster City, Manheim Township, Lititz, Ephrata, Elizabethtown, and the surrounding communities.
